SGM visits the West Coast

SGM had the pleasure of embracing the culture on the West Side of the MC world and what a transformation that was! We encountered many types of clubs representing their set from the Chucks to the Rhinestones on their vest. We caught up with one of the oldest clubs in the California Area, Los Angeles Defiant Ones MC.

This club has been in existence since 1957!!! Now that's a long time in the game! They invited SGM to their club house in Watts which was open to the MC community as a local hang out spot on Friday nights. We got a chance to shift gearz with The DOA's Own X-Man himself which is an East Coast Native from Raleigh, NC. X-Man showed us real Southern West Side Love!

As I was introduce to different clubs from all over LA at DOA's club house, one club out of all stood out to me as being one of the "cockiest" clubs out there on the set that night!!! These dudes informed me that they were the baddest stunt riding clubs out in LA named Cocky Ridaz MC! 40+ deep and ALL STUNT!!! (Jason Britton was a former member of this club, so need I say more???) You can find these dudes up and down the freeway on one wheel! They personally told me they wanted to come to the East Coast, to my side of the world and shut it down!!! (We might just make that happen...Oct. 9th, 2010 SGM Stunt Show Down...hmmmm)

Then later we visited another East Coast native, which now lives on the West Coast, the infamous Let’s Roll MC Sergeant @ Arms Glen “Mega” Spencer. Mega has been residing in LA for 6 years and still remains the US Muay Thai Champion! We had the opportunity to catch him at his gym (Sityodtong * USA) in Pasadena, CA where he get’s it in! Mega trains 5 days a week to uphold his title of California Cruiser Weight Champ. He’s part of LA Wrecking Crew which is trained by Walter "Sleeper" Michalowski, former President of the notorious Outlaw Vagos MC. Be sure to catch him in the up and coming documentary of Muay Thai!

Can you say California Love??? Big Shouts out to L.A. Finest, LV Deuces, Flaming Knights of LA, Mystic Wheels, Rare Breed, The Rising Sons and Golden Angels just to name a few. SGM plans to make another trip to the West Coast real soon!
